Returns & Exchanges

Orders cannot be canceled upon shipment.

Please make sure you are ordering the correct design.

Currently, we are only able to offer limited returns or exchanges. 

 

Requirements for Returns

There must be a defect(s) in the product(s).

You must notify us no later than a week from arrival.  This will be when the tracking notes it as delivered.

Send us an email:  The Subject line should include your order number.  Please attach pictures of the defected item(s) with a short message.

Do not mail anything until contacting us first for confirmation.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Exchanges

Please make sure you are ordering the correct design.

If you contact us before our team has completed the fulfillment process, we may be able to assist with exchanging a design for you. This is not guaranteed.

If the order has already been fulfilled, we are not able to exchange the socks.  Once they arrive, enjoy the design! If you still want to exchange, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you. 

There will be a $5.00 restocking fee per item, and an additional $5.00 fee if you purchased the product with a credit card.
